I just realized Terry beat Jeff HTH and is therefore the 5th seed. Jeff is the 6th.

Wasn't it a 3 way tiebreaker with Dean? That's why Jeff was 5th and Terry was 6th.

That's right, I didn't see his record when I was looking at the standings. Terry is the 6th seed.

Rich, Shouldn't you be the # 1 seed instead of me? You have the better division record and HTH doesn't apply because of the presence of Chris. Matt

I don't think so, because I think it goes like this: 1. Determine Division winners - you beat Chris because of division record. 2. Determine seeds - you beat me because of head to head.

Here's what's in the constitution: VIII. Standings The following criteria are used to determine a team's placement in the standings. 1. Best total won-loss record 2. Head-to-Head record against team with same total won-loss record* 3. Best division won-loss record 4. Most points accumulated 5. Reverse order of opponent total points scored 6. Virtual Coin Flip * The HTH tie-breaker cannot always be used if more than 2 teams have the same overall record. A team must hold an edge over every team with an identical record in order for this tiebreaker to apply with one exception. When division winners are being determined, the HTH will be used regardless of other non-division teams with the same record. The only exception to the HTH rule is for determining the division winner.

My point is you can't have a tiebreaker with Chris involved because Chris can not win it. Chris didn't win the division so he can't be the #1 seed. So the #1 seed is between me and you and you win that tiebreaker.
