| competing and dealing with you guys. I am going to be leaving this league as I just have to cut the total number of FF teams that I participate in to about 6-8, total. I have a busier schedule and the twice per week waivers have proved to be too much for me to deal with on a consistent basis. It became more of a chore than a pleasure. After a dozen years of playing FF, this past year I found my overall enjoyment of it waning for the first time. I think, perhaps, cutting back will allow me to regain that enjoyment ... less work = more pleasure.  I will still be around the GLFFL in the Superior Leagues and one or two others. I think I am leaving this team in much better shape than the orphan I took over a few years ago. I managed to get close to winning the title here, but never quite made it over the top. Anyway, you guys (and gal) are a great group of owners, this is a solid league, and it was a tough decision for me to drop this team. Good luck the rest of the way and have fun. -bill (VTCats) |
